Our aim is to support families and schools in enhancing educational outcomes. By leveraging expertise in learning support, teacher training, and curriculum development, we will provide tailored solutions that address the unique needs of students, teachers, and the broader school community.

PHI Educational Consultants will work collaboratively with families and educational institutions to improve student performance, facilitate inclusive learning environments, and provide professional development for teachers. The consultants will focus on creating supportive frameworks for learning support services, enhancing teacher competencies, and aligning educational practices with standards. 

•  IEP Development: Collaborate with educators and families to create individualized education plans that cater to each student's needs.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify learning challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Resource Identification: Help families access specialized resources, therapies, and support network.

•  Professional Development Training: Teachers and staff professional development training
• Lesson Plan Development: Provide guidance on creating effective lesson plans that engage diverse learners.
• Standards Alignment: Assist educators in aligning lesson plans with state and national educational standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Classroom Management Training: Offer strategies for managing diverse classrooms and fostering inclusive environments.
• OER Integration: Train teachers on how to find, evaluate, and incorporate open educational resources into their teaching.

•  SIS Management and Training: Advise schools on the selection and implementation of student information systems to enhance data management and communication with families.
• Schedule Optimization: Work with schools to design schedules that maximize instructional time and meet the needs of all students.
• Workshops and Seminars: Organize and facilitate professional development sessions on best practices in education, including topics on learning support for students with disabilities, instructional strategies, and family engagement. 

•  Assess the needs of schools and families regarding learning support and general educational support.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and educators.
• Provide training and resources for teachers in lesson plan development, classroom management, and instructional strategies.
• Support the alignment of curriculum with national standards.
• Guide schools in selecting and utilizing open educational resources (OER).
• Recommend, set-up, and manage student information systems (SIS) for effective student data management, accountability, and communication.
• Assist in creating schedules that optimize learning opportunities and resource allocation.
• Facilitate professional development training, workshops, and seminars to train staff on student information systems (SIS) and relevant educational topics, 
• Offer ongoing support and consultation to families navigating  educational processes.
